The Harbor Ministries Life Training Center is a faith based substance abuse program.
There is no initial charge to persons accepted at The Harbor.

We do not rely on any federal, state, or local government money. We raise all of our own support through the vocational training program and private donations. Currently the majority of our funding is generated through the thrift store operation. The stores are run by the students and volunteers and the revenue pays most of the operating budget of the ministry. The thrift stores depend on the generous donations of resalable goods from people in the community.
