Our History

The Harbor Ministries Life Training Center Inc. is an interdenominational ministry whose sole purpose is to help men with life controlling problems.

We incorporated in April of 1988 and registered in 1999 as one of the first faith-based treatment programs in the state of Texas. TCADA faith based exemption number FB 42. Over the last thirty plus years we have helped hundreds of men from the Houston metro area , Texas and all over the united states to re-establish them selves in society.
